VIP Insiders Monthly Canvas Giveaway
1. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees, family members, or anyone directly connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
Entry is free and available exclusively to members of the VIP Insiders email list.
You may join the VIP Insiders list by signing up via this website or using this link.
Each subscriber receives one entry per monthly draw while they remain subscribed to the VIP Insiders mailing list.
3. The Prize
Each month, one VIP Insider will receive an original mini canvas painting by Paul Williams, created as part of the VIP Insiders series.
Prize details:
• Original acrylic painting on canvas
• Approximate size: 16 × 16 inches (40 × 40 cm)
• Signed by the artist
• Includes a Certificate of Authenticity
Approximate VIP Studio Canvas, retail value: £280.
At the artist’s discretion, the winner may request to apply (email me at paul@paulwilliams.art) the approximate retail value of the prize (£280) toward the purchase of a larger original painting priced at £1,000 or more. This credit must be used within 30 days and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
4. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from the current VIP Insiders subscriber list on the last Friday of the month.
The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
To ensure the giveaway remains fair for all members of the VIP Insiders list, a previous winner will not be eligible to win again for a period of three (3) months following their win.
5. Entry Cut-Off
To be eligible for a particular monthly draw, participants must be subscribed to the VIP Insiders mailing list before the draw takes place.
Subscriptions received after the draw will automatically be entered into the following month's draw.
6. Delivery
The artwork will be shipped free of charge worldwide within 3-5 working days.
The promoter is not responsible for:
• customs duties
• import taxes
• delays caused by shipping carriers
7. Announcement of Winner
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name and country of residence may be shared on the artist’s website, email newsletter, or social media channels when announcing the result of the draw.
8. Email Subscription
Entry into the giveaway requires joining the VIP Insiders mailing list.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in emails.
Unsubscribing will remove eligibility for future draws.
9. Promotion Changes
The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time if necessary.
10. Data Protection
Personal information provided when subscribing will be used solely for the administration of the VIP Insiders list and the monthly giveaway, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
