I’ve often found myself thinking about Einstein’s idea of space-time as a kind of fabric, something that can stretch, bend, shift under pressure. It’s a strange concept when you really sit with it.
The red sphere became the anchor early on with the ‘fabric’ providing visual tension running through the piece.
The colours play into that as well. Reds push forward with a bit of intensity, while the blues and darker tones pull things back, giving the composition depth. It sits somewhere between control and movement, like it’s holding together but only just.
It doesn’t just sit on the wall, it draws you in. It tends to spark a bit of curiosity, makes you pause, maybe look a little longer than you expected. It works particularly well in a cleaner, more minimal setting where it has room to breathe, but it holds its own in a creative space just as easily.
